Why is Mr. Bowie on the other side of the camera? Sometimes working with your camera means that you’re going to have to step out from behind it eventually and try something a little different.
Okay, I introduced the idea of trying something different but I miss you already, Mr. Bowie. Please come back to me…
Beautiful! Is that your garden?
Thank you, Timothy. Yes, that’s my garden. That’s where you can find me (and Mr. Bowie)…
I’m impressed. Looks like you really need a macro lens with all those flowers and the critters they attract.
Oh yes! A macro lens… definitely on my wish list! Hey wait a minute, it’s my birthday next month…
From wish list to birthday list is definitely the right move;)
Beautiful garden, Herman! Did Mr. Bowie plant that? And where’s the catnip? 🙂
Thank you, Lavinia. The catnip plantation is right behind the Hydrangea flowers. That’s where you can find Mr. Bowie…
So lovely, Herman. I would love to sit out there on a nice morning with some good coffee and a smart cat. I’ll bet you do as often as you can.
Thank you, Angela. I just love my mornings with coffee in the garden… and my smart cat, of course!
Dit is ene voor in de tuinbladen…ik prijs me gelukkig dat ik iedere week van de tuin mee kan genieten! met een lekker koffietje en snoep!
Er zijn nog altijd ‘neuzen’ en spekken…
Oo, lovely garden!
Thank you, my friend. Thanks for hanging around HoB. Much appreciated!
Bold ideas, shapes, colours and lines – sums you both up so well 😉
There’s dark chocolate and an espresso waiting for you, my dear friend!
You’ve been busy. What a fantastic garden.
Thank you, David. I had a little help from my furry friend…
Precies een sprookjestuin…
Ik denk dat de tuin nu op zijn mooist is… Vooral als Bowie er ook nog in is!
Herman I just love your gardens………….a heavenly spot for a good book-reading, or perhaps an espresso……or maybe just daydreaming.
Pam
Thank you, Pam. You are so right on all your points…
Those are such exquisite flowers in what we assume is your yard. We hate not seeing Mr. B, but Mom always enjoys pretty flowers and other’s garden so thanks for sharing. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
Glad you liked this post so much, my friends. Mr. Bowie will be back real soon on the right side of the camera…
Your garden looks like paradise for both of you!
It’s a little piece of heaven (on earth) for us… That’s why I’m staying at home!
I would surely stay there myself! Thanks for sharing that gorgeous picture.
Beautiful garden but it would look even more beautiful if you were sitting in it sweet Mr. Bowie. Hugs and nose kisses
Thank you, Maggie. Guess Mr. Bowie was camera shy that day…
What lovely hydrangea you have! I like the different textured paths as well, brick and pebbles. I am playing with the idea of creating a little brick path in my garden (in a herringbone formation…. Mr. Bowie would like that, I would imagine!).
Thank you, Letizia! Don’t forget the catnip if you want to see Mr. Bowie in your garden…
Ah paradise, “May this marriage be full of laughter, our every day in paradise.” – Rumi
Thanks! Yes, it feels like we’re in paradise…
That’s incredible. Mom says she wishes she could have a garden that beautiful. We think the flowers she’s put in the dirt look pretty good and they give us some nice hiding spots. I bet Mr. Bowie has all sorts of cool hiding spots. Does he help you with weeding like we help Mom??? 😉
Thank you, my boys. I have to do the weeding myself. Mr. Bowie is always taking a nap…
Humans don’t understand how much nap time we kitties need. It’s hard taking care of you humans! 🙂
Oh, my goodness, Herman! You and Mr. Bowie live in paradise! 😀
That’s how we feel, yes! I have never been on vacation since we have this garden…
That is different! But still very beautiful.
Thank you. Much appreciated!
Beautiful garden…and I adore the Hydrangeas…I have my eye on a variety called strawberries and cream…stunning 🙂 hugs Fozziemum
Strawberries and cream…?? Sounds delicious! 😉
I know! it’s beautiful ..strawberry coloured on the outside with a cream coloured centre…looks good enough to eat 🙂
Your garden is gorgeous, Herman. I would be out there with my coffee every day and night. Just lovely!
Thank you, Mary J. Feel free to join us for coffee (and dark chocolate of course…).
Wow this is gorgeous! I wish I could have something like this! Ellie
Thanks, Ellie. You are always welcome to join us for coffee, dark chocolate and catnip…
Oh how lovely! I immediately thought of monet. (don’t blush). I love my garden too and have a stunning array of indigenous aussie plants.
Thank you my friend. I’m so happy with this garden. I’m always staying at home these days…
So beautiful!! I am awe-struck by your green thumb!
Thanks, Aimee. Much appreciated!
Oh my word! Mr Bowie, you’ve been holding out on us. This is a beautiful view of the garden I’ve never seen before. Did you tippy-toe through a magic gate? Sublime my friend 😀
Thank you, my dear Boomdee!
