Oh Spring, Where Art Thou? They say that half an hour of daily walking can be hugely beneficial to your health. It’s good for boosting your memory, mood and creativity. I’m trying to walk at least an hour or two while Mr. Bowie is sleeping and in recovering mode. It helps me to relax, refresh and recharge. Get myself emotionally winter-ready.
