I can’t believe it’s already been a year! He seems like such a new kid, still. But very much at home there…
I’m sure he’s very happy in his forever home. Glad he decided to come and live with me…

Jimi’s having the time of his life. The kitty bed is placed next to my iMac in the studio. It was also Mr. Bowie’s favourite spot while I was working. Jimi loves it too…

May you have a wonderful weekend, too, Herman! (I have to avoid outdoor activities in the morning because of Western US fires in Wyoming and Colorado. It’s been an incredible year.)
I’m always shocked seeing the images of the US fires on the tv news. A surface greater than Belgium is totally destroyed…
It is very uncomfortable seeing them here, too, as I have family in Seattle and a small settlement just south of Oregon on the coast. I’m over 2100km from Seattle, yet smoke from the Washington and California fires (not to forget those in Colorado and Wyoming) is bad enough to require warnings about air quality here. It’s off to smell wood smoke from so far away.
The images are really apocalyptical… It’s a real tragedy.
