Free Battery Charging

How to charge your battery for free while you wait. For attention and treats. Sunlight has a profound impact on your mental health, according to Mr. Bowie’s recent study.

Enjoy this beautiful day, my friends, wherever you are. Peace, love and understanding.

        • Well, let me think about… But I feel like moving over to your state, don’t know how Mr. Bowie feels about it… πŸ˜‰

PS: Belgian chocolate is a game changer, of course!

    • Hi Teagan! I hate rainy and dark days… I wish it was summer already, counting the days… Mr. Bowie prefers the summer too!

      • Daylight Saving Time will soon be here (in the USA… I’ve misplaced the mental file that would tell me where you are…), plus the days are finally noticeably longer. Hopefully that will help the kitties — and us too! So many dreary days lately. I really need the sunshine too. Hugs.

        • In this part of the world, West Europe/Belgium, we’re changing to DST on March 25th. I hate making these changes every year twice…
You are right, I’m already enjoying the noticeably longer days. Looking forward to spring and summer… and more sunshine too! πŸ™‚

  1. Yes! This morning it was cold but sunny. We will be taking advantage as Mr. Bowie suggests. We have had so many cloudy days but at least we got rain instead of snow, so no shoveling.

    • Hi Angela! Thank goodness… no shovelling! πŸ˜‰
Go find yourself a sunny spot in the house and charge your batteries…

  2. Such a beautiful photo of Mr Bowie! πŸ™‚
Yes, you do need sunshine to recharge your batteries. πŸ™‚
Hopefully some will be coming your way soon with Springtime. πŸ™‚

    • Dank je wel, Joke! En hij voelt zich ook weer goed. Hij lust weer zijn nieuwe/oude voeding en gaat zich verstoppen om mij te laten schrikken… πŸ™‚

    • Hi Lavinia! Thank you so much, glad you liked this post!

Mr. Bowie is doing very good! He was a bit sad this weekend because he had to stay indoors due to the bad weather (snow again, freezing temperatures, ice rain…). But his health condition is ok. He also started again to play with his toys, that was months ago… Next week we have to go to the hospital for a new checkup. Let’s hope he gets good results…

Mr. Bowie says “Meow!” and sends his regards to Mr. Nano and the rest of the Cat Crew out there…

      • So good to hear he is playing with his toys again! He is in our thoughts and prayers for a good checkup.

You are also in our thoughts and prayers, Herman. Stay well! May life bring all good things to you.

The cherry tree garden is continuing to prosper, and all kinds of green shoots are coming up now.

        • Thank you so much for your kind and heartwarming comment, my dear Lavinia!
Mr. Bowie says “Meow!” and sends his regards from my bed, his favourite place to chill out…

    • So true! I wish I could have a stockroom full of sunshine I could use on dark and cold days… πŸ™‚

  3. Tremendous photo of your dear one. The sunshine is a good Rx for many, many things. Mother Nature is very generous about that here in New Zealand. Having spent a sunshiney week in Wanaka, I’ve now recharged my battery, I’m setting off from Dunedin Saturday, back to Canada. Traveling is awesome, but I think Mr Bowie would agree, there’s no place like home. Love and Hugs x Boomdee

    • Hi Boomdee! Thank you so much for your kind comment, my dear friend.
Glad to hear you’re having a great time down under. Don’t forget to put some extra sunshine and warmth in your suitcase when you’re going back to Canada… πŸ™‚

    • Thank you, my dear friends!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend! Mr. Bowie says “Meow!” and sends his regards!

    • So true! I think we humans should try to live like a cat. We would be much happier for sure. Okay, maybe not catching mice and not be able to eat dark chocolate… πŸ˜‰
