That poor little soul has been thru enough lately, and really deserves a break. I hope the eye will soon be all better and that cone can go away. Both of you need a break! Keep the cat treats and people treats coming, and hopefully the end of this is soon. We want to see his smiling face sitting out in the garden. 🙂

I think Mr Bowie is quite happy being stuck in that position. From up there he can keep an eye on everyone and everything.
It was his favourite place years ago when he was little. I was really surprised to see him jump up there again this morning after so many years…
Perhaps he is needing the comfort of an ‘old’ spot.

Well it’s a great photo of an unfortunate situation. Poor Mr. Bowie, he looks disheartened. At least the fire brigade was not literally required, that headline gave me a start. I’m sure he could be coaxed down for a treat or two. Don’t worry Mr. Bowie, the cone will soon be off, just relax and enjoy your weekend.

Herman I’m just catching up after being on a short vacation – I love this photo of Mr. Bowie the bookend (!)…….did he have another eye procedure? I must have missed something. I’m hoping it will heal up beautifully…..and he will be out snoopervising things in the garden before it gets too cold to do so. Sending hugs to both of you! I just made a batch of almond macaroons this afternoon and drizzled dark chocolate on top – LOTS of it! 🙂

Herman, I missed the update on Bowie, but so glad he made it through the surgery and is on the mend. He does look a little forlorn and unhappy on the bookcase, but that will pass as soon as the cone is removed and he feels like his normal self again. Gibbs, Ziva and I send our healing thoughts, prayers and purrs to Mr. Bowie and hope he feels better very soon.
