Newsflash #11

Something to celebrate! My dad turned 91 yesterday. Dad is one of the oldest inhabitants of the village. Some local officials, dressed in traditional folkloric costumes, payed tribute to him. This is a regular annual tradition. Many happy returns!

  7. I am so glad you Dad had another great birthday. Also, it is wonderful to know there are still small friendly places where the local officials are not too self-important to go wish an older person like your Dad a happy birthday. He must know the secret to living well, he looks great.

  10. Much, much belated birthday greetings to your dad. Still must be nice to have some of the town officials to come by and celebrate. Clearly, the officials enjoy it themselves.

Continued good health to your dad, with many more birthdays to be celebrated.
