I’ve seen that look before here……….sometimes in Sam’s eyes and sometimes in MY eyes when I look in a mirror……..we all do our share of yearning I guess!

Anybody would be pleased to meet Mr. Bowie. Herman, my mother passed away and today was her funeral. She read your blog and often commented as Ettel. She enjoyed what you wrote and your pictures of Mr. Gorgeous. I wanted you to know you made her smile often in the last several months.
I am very sorry to read about the passing of your beloved mother, dear Nancy. I remember and enjoyed the comments of Ettel. I had no idea that she was your mother. I am so honoured to read that she enjoyed and liked the stories of our Mr. Gorgeous.
Know that I am thinking about you, dear friend, and you are in my prayers. Much love and hugs. Wishing you, your family and friends much strength.
Thank you so much Herman. It was a long and good life, but she was tired, and she was ready.
