You’ve Got Mail

Wow! For the first time ever, I got mail from Australia. Mr. Bowie received a special package via air mail. It’s a surprise gift from gentlestitches, a.k.a. Sharon, a loyal and devoted HoB follower. She’s passionate about all things stitchy and environmentally sustaining. She loves to make, write about and teach, crochet, knitting and hand sewing.

Mr. Bowie enjoys his anipal mini-me. I think he would like to join his little friend in the reversible cat bed… Find out more about Sharon on her blog gentlestitches.

Thank you so much, Sharon. Mr. Bowie says “Meow!”

    • Glad to read the good news about the flowers, Lavinia! There are crocus flowers coming up in my Dad’s garden too… I love it when you can see and feel that spring is back…

  2. Oh, I love it…I saw the pic on FB but this is so cute to see all of the photos! Mr Bowie is so lucky to have so many loyal subjects…(cough, cough) fans 😀

  3. Isn’t it great to find friends all over the world and get mail that’s just fun? That’s my favourite part of Blogging. Mr Bowie seems to be smitten and no wonder. Mini Bowie is pretty cute. I really admire people who can knit. Hey?! Did you see the story of the 109 year old man who (to keep busy) knit’s little sweaters for rescued penguins? He’s also from Australia! Go Aussies Go !! x B
