Mindfulness Practice

Introduction to mindfulness meditation. You’ve seen it before, you’ve heard this before. Keep looking into the yellow eyes. Don’t look away but you can blink when you need to. Take a deep breath; relax and let your thoughts be his thoughts. Your mind to his mind. Okay, this is me now, planting an idea in your mind. I say: don’t think about Mr. Bowie. Who are you thinking about?

  2. It is fall, and Mr. Bowie’s eyes remind me of fall…and fall means pumpkin custard ice cream at the local parlor. Hmmm…wonder if they’re open right now?

  3. Hah! I agree with Timothy – 42 is the answer! The source of the elusive 42? Suggested reading – “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”, by Douglas Adams . Best read with a bowl of ice cream… 🙂

  4. Were there cats on Vulcan? I began to think of Mr Spock and the mind meld.Then I developed an intense desire for coffee. Was there coffee on Vulcan?

It was only a matter of time before Mr. B began to instruct us on Mindfulness…I am thinking that cats rule the world- indeed- the universe- I am transfixed; down the rabbit hole, there are no creatures greater that the mighty feline. WAIT A MINUTE. That’s hypnosis. (Cats DO rule…we all know it!)
