Hunger Signals

Learn to recognize the signs of hunger. One reason that many of us are not at a healthy weight is because, somewhere along the line, we stopped listening to our body signals that naturally tell us when we’re hungry and when we’re full. The first step in recognizing hunger signals is to be present for your cat.

  1. Good advice, human. I always listen to my body’s signals. Right now its signalling that I’m hungry- it’s been 30 WHOLE MINUTES since I ate (can you believe it!?) – I’m so flippin neglected!

  2. 1.) What a gorgeous photo!
2.) I don’t have to be present for my cat to know that she’s hungry. She makes it a point to be very present to me. Doesn’t matter the time of day or of I’m sleeping. If she’s hungry she will make her presence known.

  3. Oh, Mr Bowie, I can hear your tummy rumbling all the way over here….what’s that, chocolate? Yes, I agree! I’m ready for some too!
PS: Love the fancy new blog theme, very clean and neat. Love it!

  4. Around here the cats eat first or they make sure I cannot get to the stove. lol They wake me in the morning ready to eat. They know their hunger signals well. Hugs and nose kisses
