A Time for Celebration?

I want candy. After an unpleasant period of 10 days Mr. Bowie has stopped taking his medication. I think we’re okay now. All cats benefit from regular ear care. Mr. Bowie will have his ears inspected on a weekly basis as part of his health care routine.
Thank you all for your comments, suggestions, and also kind words of support for Mr. Bowie. Much appreciated!

  1. These things can be tedious for the cat and anxiety-causing for the human. One of my cats has a problem with an eye infection from time to time. The solution is simple enough: antibiotic eyedrops. But the hard part is convincing my cat he wants to endure a fraction of a second twice to three times a day to get the drops!

I’m glad Mr. Bowie’s ear infection treatment is coming along fine!

I enjoy his garden adventures a lot, as much for your spectacular garden as for this handsome cat.

  2. Congrats to you Mr Bowie! 864,000 seconds or 14,400 minutes is a long time to suffer with ear medicine treatments. Nothing a little chocolate can’t smooth over though, bon appetite!

  3. Hey, Mr. B., we’re so glad you are done with your medicine and feeling better. Would you accept cat treats in place of candy? Now that your ears are cleared up, you don’t want to worry about your teeth. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

  4. Candy? Yum…..ear problems? YUCKY! Let’s hope those weekly ear inspections will help keep those away from here on out. Oh – back to the candy – dark chocolate perhaps??????
