This cat basket is made from eco-friendly banana leaf. I bought it on line, I believe from a web-shop in the Netherlands…
I wanted to buy this for my kitties but they sleep at weird places (like IN the sofa or in between certain shoes), I don’t know if it’s worth buying. Bowie looks cute, again and again.
My dad had a record he wore out…”put your sweet lips a little closer to the phone”….it is etched in fond memories of my mind. I should check out Ry Cooder
Found your site through GentleStitches. Cute picture, and very cool cat bed. How did you use the banana leaf? Was it more of a weaving process or did you use another form of crafting to put it together?

I am starting to learn a little at least.
Gentle Stitches is helping me learn crochet through her blog. 
I don’t know how to weave baskets. Would truly enjoy getting to learn how though. : )
